Mindful Monday Meditation Class
Mindful Monday Meditation class is held every Monday except the last two Mondays in December. The class is part of the #ThrivingMindfully Meetup Group led by mindfulness and yoga teacher Ananda Leeke. During the gathering, attendees participate in a centering meditation and several guided meditations that focus on the body and breath. Mindful movement, discussion, and journaling exercises are included. There are monthly themes: 1) September - Be Mindful at Work, 2) October - Transform Your Failures with Mindfulness, 3) November - Befriend Your Fears with Mindfulness, and 4) December - Create A Mindful Forgiveness Practice.
